WARRANTY POLICY

Receipt Requirement Original purchase receipt must be presented for all warranty claims.

Physical Condition Requirements

  • Mobile phones, laptops, and electronics with scratches, liquid damage, or physical damage are not eligible for warranty coverage
  • Original product packaging with liquid damage or tears will not be accepted for device exchanges

Coverage Limitations

  • Warranty coverage does not extend to accessories
  • Accessory-related issues are excluded from all warranty services

Device Exchange Policy

  • Complete device exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase for units found to be defective
  • Device exchanges are exclusively available for items demonstrating manufacturer defects or software-related issues within the initial 7-day period

Post-7-Day Warranty Service

  • After the 7-day exchange window, complete device swaps are not available
  • Warranty service is limited to the replacement of individual faulty components only
  • Component replacement services remain available throughout the standard warranty period

Eligibility Criteria Device replacements are restricted to products exhibiting verified manufacturer defects or documented software malfunctions identified within the first 7 days following purchase completion.
